Retail Subsidy Claim
Responsibilities
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of claim supporting documents
- Recording, calculating and receiving claims from relevant government agencies
- Monitor accounts receivable
- Verify and monitor daily claim data from partners
Qualification :
- Minimum education S1 Accounting, with GPA 3.00
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same function
- Maximum age 35 years
- Detail and have good analytical
- Having experience in accounting/finance audit function is a plus
- Ready to be placed in Banjarmasin
2. Planning Officer
Responsibilities :
- Perform distribution planning activities for Branch according to schedule and quantity from Sales Order (SO)
- Perform daily administration related to Surat Jalan
- Improve self competencies through relevant and effective training and development program
Qualification
- Age max 35 years old
- S1 Degree economy, engineering, administration GPA 3,00
- Min 1 Years experience in administration job
- Good working knowledge in logistic administration
- Good analytical thinking & detail oriented
- Ready to be placed in Surabaya
3. Inventory
Responsibilities:
- Controlling and recording product receipts and issuance transactions as well as preparing reports to provide information on the number of transactions handled in a certain period
- Carry out periodic stock taking activities together with the Head of Tank Terminal
- Help monitor the movement (throughput) and position of customer stock related to logistics services/tank rental for billing purposes to customers
- Conduct financial analysis and provide useful recommendations.
4. Accounting (Consolidation Specialist)
Responsibilities:
- Consolidated external reporting process for AKR BU and Subsidiaries to ensure high quality and timely reports.
- Provide advisory services to AKR subsidiaries in terms of (financial reporting/financial & accounting matters), provide advice to branch and subsidiaries related to posting, financial reporting and accounting policy.
- Conduct financial report analysis.
- Manage G/L closing and financial reporting activities.
- Produce meaningful analysis for performing external report and giving recommendation and advisory for improvemet relating to ensure effective and efficient in preparing and giving External Reporting and Advisory.
Qualification:
- Maximal Age 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Knowing to operating SAP and about Reporting Audit
- Experienced to make external report (ex : Report to OJK)
- Experience to handle consolidation
- Experience to ensure accurate end-of-month G/L
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Work Location : Kebon Jeruk – West Jakarta
