1. Trainer-Parts Strategy Planning
- Develop skills and knowledge of Honda spare parts in each dealer by planning and organizing training, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the training.

2. Sales Planning Staff
- Make a plan to achieve sales targets, monitor the targets, and analyze the result also make appropriate marketing strategies that can be implemented by a Honda dealer in each area.

3. IT Staff
- Create, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software and application to support company activities.

- Have an experience in the same field minimum 1 year

4. Procurement Staff
- Maintain a good relationship with vendors/suppliers, control the quality of local parts, monitor the performance and quality of local part suppliers, as well as monitor local part orders based on production plans.

5. Frame Production Staff
- Ensure the production process run on target, analyze, and make continuous improvements in the working system, oversee 5S and OHS implementation in the production line according to safety regulations, manage human resources in the frame production area.

6. Legal Staff
- Perform legal drafting and reviewing various company agreements (including national and international cooperation) both in Indonesian and English, giving opinions on legal issues in the company, and handle business license of the company.

As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.
Here are the general qualifications:
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
- Attention to detail

- Strong analytical thinking
- Have an interest in the automotive field (automobile)
- Discipline, firm and have a strong leadership
- Proficient in English (both oral & written)
- Must have valid TOEFL certification with a minimum score of 400
