Wings Surya yang bermarkas di Surabaya dan PT. Sayap Mas Utama yang bermarkas di Jakarta. Dengan pengalaman lebih dari 70 tahun, Wings telah menjadi salah satu perusahaan lokal terbesar di Indonesia yang telah mengekspor ke mancanegara. 1. Administration Staff

Requirements :

  • Candidate must own at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree from all majors with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.0)
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to be placed at Sumatera and West Kalimantan
  • Willing to work in shift

2. Assistant Product Manager

Requirements :

  • Candidate must own at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Management
  • Communication, or related major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on scale of 4.0)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Experience or internship within marketing or brand is a must
  • Knowledge of product, pricing, packaging, distribution, and positioning is a plus

3. Organization & Talent Management Staff

Requirements :

  • Candidate must own at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on scale of 4.0)
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Job Analysis. Matrix Competency, TNA, 9 box Talent Management, KPI, Talent Mapping
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang

4. Personnel Administration Staff

Requirements :

  • Candidate must own at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.0)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Good knowledge in handle BPJS Kesehatan, Ketenagakerjaan and Insurance registration
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang

5. Recruitment Staff

Requirements :

  • Candidate must own at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or other related major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on scale of 4.0)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good knowledge in Ms Excel and job platform in Indonesia
  • Willing to be placed at Karawang

6. Payroll Staff

Requirements :

  • Candidate must own at least Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or other related major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on scale of 4.0)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Payroll Staff in company with number of employees >500
  • Willing to be placed at Karawang
