1. HRBP Manager

Requirements

  • Min Bachelor degree, bachelor of Law are more preferred
  • Must have related experience min 3 years
  • Experience on end to end HR process, especially industrial relation in manufacturing
  • Excellence on negotiation, communication skill, manage team and people
  • Have an excellence skill on strategic Thinking and able to work independent

2. Associate Brand Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 1- 2 years of marketing experience (multinational organization preferred).
  • Have experience in assisting with the Development of Brands is an advantage.
  • Excellent in English both spoken and written.
  • Have a good understanding of the BTL and ATL promotions.
  • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
  • Have An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers’ wishes.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns.
  • Demonstrates strong accountability, agility, collaboration and responsiveness.
  • Be adept in time management, execution, follow up, and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience within Pharmaceutical company is an advantage.
  • Experience with and an understanding of market research is an advantage.

3. Internal Communication & Corp Sustainability

Requirments:

  • Minimal Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines, Communications major is preferred
  • Have 3+ years of experience in internal communication or related field, ideally in-house, working with colleagues in multiple locations and 1+ years of experience in sustainability/CSR or related field
  • Experience, including drafting and publishing of written and audio-visual content
  • The ability to design software will be an advantage
  • Understanding of various channels of internal communication
  • Strong project management skills
  • Understanding of international sustainability references; SDG, ISO 2600, GRI, POJK 51, RAN Bappenas, SASB will be an advantage
  • Understanding of social mapping and SROI will be an advantage
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Have the ability to facilitate, analyze, adapt, build working relationships, continuous learning, negotiation, planning & organizing, good time-management, self-leadership, as well as encouragement to achieve optimal work quality.

4. IT Infrastructur, Network & Security

Job Descsription :

  • Conducting regular checks on the quality of infrastructure and network services
  • Perform routine data and network security activities
  • Planning for IT Instructure, network and security updates
  • Prepare reports on related IT Support & resurces management (ITSM)

Qualification :

  • Bachelor degree from Information Technology / Computer engineering
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar position, having experience in handle IT Infrastructure, Network, Security
  • Work closely with internal IT team and corporate IT team
  • Communicative, proactive, and quick to adapt
  • Willing to relocate (to Head Office, Sunter)

5. Digital Business Analyst

Requirements :

  • Candidate must have at least Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Information System.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field.
  • Required skills : SQL
  • Possess excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and good communications.
  • Willing to work at Head Office (Sunter)

6. IT Functional

Requiremens:

  • Minimum pendidikan S1 Teknologi Informasi / Sistem Informasi
  • Memiliki pengalaman dibidangnya

7. HSE Staff

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan:

  • Melakukan inspeksi, pengawasan, dan sosialisasi terkait K3L
  • Melakukan training K3L yang diperlukan
  • Melakukan investigasi kecelakaan kerja

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal D3 Kesehatan Masyarakat / Teknik Lingkungan / Teknik Industri
  • Memahami K3L di Manufaktur dan berpengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun
  • Memahami standar K3L (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 / ISO 18001 / PROPER)
  • Memiliki Sertifikat AK3U (akan jadi plus point)
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Kawasan Deltamas, Cikarang

8. Warehouse Operator

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Melakukan penyiapan material
  • Melakukan proses check stock material
  • Melakukan prosedur penerimaan material
  • Melakukan proses pelayanan (serah-terima) material untuk tim penimbangan dan produksi
  • Melakukan 5R

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan Terakhir SMA IPA / SMK Farmasi
  • Minimal memiliki pengalaman kerja selama 1 tahun di bidang yang sama
  • Memiliki kemampuan dasar menghitung yang kuat
  • Memahami dasar CPOB dan/atau CDOB
  • Memiliki SIO menjadi nilai tambah
  • Memahami dasar pergudangan dan standar manajemen mutu, lingkungan, dan keselamatan & kesehatan kerja yang berlaku.
  • Dapat mengoperasikan dan melakukan perawatan pada peralatan timbang
  • Teliti, jujur, dan disiplin
  • Bersedia bekerja shift
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Cikarang

9. Administration

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage document and report
  • Make an accessible and informative data administration report
  • All Administrative Function

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a administration
  • Ability to communicate well with people at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (word & excel) and other applications
  • Able to work independently or in a team

10. Purchasing Supervisor

Job Description:

  • Purchase non RM PM goods (import and local)
  • Monitoring goods arrival
  • Monitoring MOU / cooperation agreement (include a request for legal documents)
  • Payment monitoring

Requirement :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
  • Have experience in handle ERP and Oracle
  • Can operate Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in English (Writing and Verbal)
