PT. Kao Indonesia bergerak di bidang usaha barang-barang konsumsi (Barang Konsumen) yang terdiri dari 3 kategori sebagai berikut: Perawatan Kulit yang termasuk sabun perawatan wajah dan sabun mandi “BIORE”, Perawatan Kesehatan membentuk pembalut wanita “LAURIER”, dan popok bayi “MERRIES”, Produk kebutuhan rumah tangga berupa sabun cuci pakaian “ATTACK” dan alat pembersih lantai “MAGICLEAN”. 1. Learning and Development Executive

Job requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’ degree from any major.
2. Priority had experience to handle corporate training.
3. Has good interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people’s attitude when necessary.
4. Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advice others clearly.
5. Initiative and ability to offer new ideas.
6. Organizational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadline and objectives.
7. Good time-keeping skills to enable you to effectively manage Learning & Development schedules.
8. Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills.
9. Effective in both spoken and written English.

2. Media Planning Executive

Job requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from any major, preferable from Communication, Media or equivalent.
2. At least having 1-2 year(s) on agency/ advertising company/ FMCG company especially handling in media buying.
3. Understand about media landscape and able to measure media user effectiveness.
4. Having excellent communication skill, creative thinking and problem solving.

3. Key Account Executive

Job requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least having a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Studies / Administration / Management / Marketing.
2. Having at least one year experience in key account management but fresh graduate still welcome to apply.
3. Good character & strong communication skill, fluent in English.
4. Challenge achieve target.
5. Creative and proactive.
6. Having driving license (SIM A).

4. Business Analyst – Channel Marketing Development

Job requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management or equivalent.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but preferably candidates with 1 year experience in related field.
3. Strong analytical skill and creative thinking, presentation and proactive communication skills as well as excellent command of spoken and written English and Indonesia.
4. Has ability turning data into insight.
5. Computer literacy to include : Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point etc.

5. Business Analyst – Shopper Marketing Development

Requirements

1. Min. S1 from Engineering, Business Management or equivalent
2. Min. 1 year experience in related field (Fresh graduates are welcome)

Job requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent.
2. Fresh graduates or entry level applicants are encourages to apply.

Job requirements

4. Detail oriented and accurate at numeral operation.

8. Packaging Development Executive

Job requirements

1. Bachelor degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
2. Fresh graduate are welcome but preferably having 1-2 years experience in Packaging Development or QA.
3. Good character, good work in team and good command in English.
4. Required skill(s): MS Office, ISO, GMP.
5. Willing to work in Karawang Factory.

9. Accounting Executive

Job requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
2. At least having 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Fresh graduate are welcome).
3. Strong capabilities in computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Excel) and preferably has experience with SAP.
4. Familiar with accounting standard (PSAK & IFRS).
5. Good character, leadership, multitasking.
6. Have good command in English.

10. Store Advisor (Salesman)

Job requirements

1. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma Degree from any major.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Have good communication skills, like to work in the field.
4. Have driving license (SIM C).
5. Willing to be placed all over Indonesia.
