1. Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
- Inspect sites regularly to identify problems
- Prepare maintenance schedules and allocate work
- Employ, supervise and train workers
- Oversee and ensure that all work is completed on time
- Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage
- Comply with health and safety regulations and practices
- Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work
- Conduct safety inspections as scheduled
- Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time
Qualifications
- Male, 24-27 years old, single
- Vaccinated against Covid-19
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum experience 1 year as maintenance supervisor
- Excellent in leadership and communication skill
- Excellent in speaking and writing English
- Great time management skills
- Honest, responsible, attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to work in shifts
- Placement in Bandung
2. Production Engineer
Responsibilities
- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner
- Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs and labor required
- Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and improvements
- Keeping advancement in engineering and production
- Establishing safety procedures and protocols
- Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects
- Scheduling meetings with relevant departments
Requirements
- Male/female, single, 24-28 years old
- Vaccinated against Covid-19
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience in food industry
- Good critical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to make decision under pressure
- Great attention to detail
- Passionate and motivated people
- Ability to communicate in English (writing and conversation)

3. Instrument & Control Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Coordinates analysis, diagnosis, installation, repair, maintenance and the calibration of instrumentation and control equipment
- Coordinates maintenance activities with engineers, other departments and contractors
- Ensures that safety rules and procedures are followed
- Prepares Instrumentation & Control business plans
- Develop, review, and revise standard operating procedures
- Creates, composes and edits technical and administrative correspondence, reports and documentation
Requirements
- Male / female, 24-28 years old
- Vaccinated against Covid-19
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of electrical engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in instruments and control department
- Good analytical and critical thinking
- Strong leadership skills
- Able to communicate in English
- Willing to work in shifts
- Placement: Bandung
4. Production Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees
- Train new employees to follow procedures
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Requirements
- Male / female, single, 24-28 years old

- Bachelor Degree (S1) of food / chemical / Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience as production supervisor
- Good analytical thinking, creative and initiative
