1. Finance Accounting Staff
Job Description :
- Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from departments.
- Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data.
- Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Qualification :
- Minimum bachelor of Accounting with GPA 3.50 / 4.00
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, prefer 1 year experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Stress tolerance
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya

2. Sales Staff
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in any major with minimum GPA 3.00
- Fresh Graduade are welcome to apply
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly adaptable and willing to learn

- Passionate to work in Sales shipping and logistic industry
- Residing in Surabaya and willing to be placed all over Indonesia
3. Regional Sales Manager
Job Description :
- Sell services to prospective customers
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Manage and develop Salesforce team to reach their full potential target
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field minimum GPA 2.75
- Proven experience as Sales Manager for minimum 5 years
- Excellent communicator and negotiator Strong interpersonal and management skills
- Willing to work hard and aggressive on the market
- Willing to be placed in Perak Barat, Surabaya
4. E-Commerce Manager
Job Description :
- Become our ambassador in e-commerce exposure
- Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with SPIL
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Identify potential partnership from digital payment gateway and e channel opportunities
- Through market research develop forward-thinking, creative marketing strategies aimed at generating leads, growing sales, and driving revenue
- Conduct customer surveys
- Establish e-commerce platform with our IT department
Qualification :
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Proven experience as e-commerce, digital marketing or similar position
- Experience in Shipping / Logistic would be a plus
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate in English actively
