Responsibilities:
- Responsible to drive Tiktok logistics partner performance to ensure procedures and regulations are enforced, and continuously improve the key metrics, service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Perform in-depth market research and analysis of local e-commerce logistics industry. Cooperate with regional teams and work on end-to-end logistics solution design.
- Drive project deployment with Tiktok cross-functional team and logistics partners.
- Find opportunities for functional improvement by data analysis and logistic operation research.
- Continue to drive operation improvements and innovations that are best suited for the local market.
- Contribute to the accumulation of our core system capabilities to better serve other markets.
Qualifications
- Final year or recent graduate of any discipline from a reputable university
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstration of leadership and project management skills in past projects
- Internship experience in e-commerce or having a solid understanding of the industry landscape in SEA is a plus
- Strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred
- A good team player, fast learner, and open to changes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English
