1. Accounting & Tax Manager (Code: MGRACCTX)

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree Finance / Accounting / Management
  • More than 3 years of experience in the same role.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (Not mandatory).

  • Able to work together in team.

Persyaratan :

6. Procurement Asst Manager (Code: ASSTMGRPC)

We are looking for an innovative Procurement Assistant Manager to lead our procurement teams and help the manager. You will spearhead the purchasing process from selecting supplier to ensuring stock optimization, as well as provide guidance on sourcing and procurement processes who will be a supply chain and logistic expert, specialize in implementing cost effective purchases of all goods and services as required by the company. Ensuring quality control and adhering to the company policies and procedure on supply chain management will be some of main priorities when carrying out this role.

Job Description :

Performing strategic procurement activities across various spend categories aiming to find better deals and more profitable supplier. Sourcing equipment, goods and services managing vendors. Manage and controll material management aligned with stock availability and readyness, performing risk assesments on potential contracts and agreements also achieving KPI Procurement Performance.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in supply chain management, logistic, business administration, engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience managing supply change operation, procurement & purchasing supervision.
  • Experience using supply change management sofware and tools (SAP will be a plus point).
  • In depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing and negotiation term.
  • Management and leadership skill.
  • Multi tasking and time management skill with the ability to prioritize task.
  • Familiar with sourcing and vendor management.
  • High organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skill.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures.
  • Familiar material handling experience for smelter, mining and similiar sector.
  • Preparing Procurement reports, track shipments, inventory and the supply of goods.

7. Mechanical Superintendent (Code: SUPTMCH)

Requirements :

  • Develop and contribute to the mechanical aspects of project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Proven Working Experience in mechanical engineering.
  • Experience in alumina refinery, coal gasification, or thermal power plant.
  • Direct and supervise mechanical construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate activities with mechanical contractors, ensuring they adhere to project timelines and quality requirements.
  • Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure that mechanical work meets specified standards and project requirements.
  • Enforce and promote adherence to safety protocols and regulations in all mechanical activities on-site.
  • Supervise contractor K3 implementation in the area to ensure compliance with applicable K3 procedures.
  • Review and interpret engineering documents, such as drawings and specifications, to ensure that mechanical work aligns with project objectives.
  • Address and resolve mechanical issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
  • Regularly assess and report on the progress of mechanical work, providing updates to project management.
  • Collaborate with other departments or disciplines to ensure the seamless integration of mechanical systems with other project components.
  • Oversee the procurement and management of materials and equipment required for mechanical work, ensuring timely availability.
  • Reviewing the technical tender documents to ensure the calculations and technical specifics in the tender documents are in accordance with the provisions.
  • Monitor and manage the budget allocated for mechanical aspects of the project, identifying and addressing any variances.
  • Provide guidance and support to mechanical staff, facilitating training programs when necessary to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Supervise Mechanical work to ensure work in the field in accordance with the project specifications that have been set.
  • Reviewing the daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports of the contractor’s mechanical work to ensure that the field work is still on track.
  • Performing construction project progress measurement to provide updated information for project management regarding project status.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to mechanical activities, including progress reports, inspections, and compliance records.
  • Communicate with clients or stakeholders regarding mechanical aspects of the project, addressing concerns and providing updates.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in mechanical construction methods, technologies, or efficiency.

Qualification :

  • The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Possession of K3 or POP Certification is required.
  • Maximum age should not exceed 40 years old.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Mempawah, West Borneo is essential.
  • Preference will be given to candidates domiciled in Mempawah or West Borneo.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering. Preferably in Alumina Plant, Coal Gas Plant, or Thermal Power Plant.
  • Strong skills in analysis and reporting.
  • Proficient in both oral and written English.

8. Logistic Assistance Manager (Code: MGRCSRER)

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
  • Fluent to communicate in English language (written & oral).
  • At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Logistic Shipment).
  • Experienced to Management System: Warehouse System/ ERP, Stock Opname, Supply Chain in Large Size Company with multiple Warehouses with many SKIJ (Stock Keeping Unit) Capable in manage project project delivery line within sea, air and land route.
  • Manage and supply goods to stores and in charge for stock and management of goods in and out of goods.
  • Proven work experience as a team leader
  • Operation Management to plan, allocate vehicle, maintenance schedule and regulations regarding the daily / constant use of the vehicles.
  • Have knowledge of system management, improvement management, SS, cost reduction, Logistics.
  • Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
  • Mastering trucking and understanding export-import documents.
  • Willing to be placed/based at Mempawah — West Kalimantan.
  • Must have an AK-I card.

9. Hauling (Code: HAULING)

Requirements :

  • Min. D3 any major, preferably Mining Engineering
  • Experience 3 years’ experience Hauling, and Trucking Operation
  • Must experience in Mining Company
  • Have good skill and analytic in Quality and Coal.
  • Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
  • Have good knowledge about Hauling process from ROM to Jetty, and stockpile management system.
  • Hands-on commitment to getting the job doneExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have good analytical thinking and coordination with another department.
  • Willing to work in Mempawah — West Kalimantan
  • Must have an AK-I card.
