1. BUILDING SUPERVISOR
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the smooth functioning of the building (Office Tower Building)
- Responsible for the supervision of the activities of building maintenance workers
- Mastering operational work, building repairs and building facilities
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree from any major
- Minimum 5 year of working experience in the related field
- Good communication, negotiation & presentation skill
- Having good interpersonal communication & analytical thinking skills
- Willing to work under shift schedule
2. CUSTOMER SERVICE
Job Responsibilities :
- Maintaining good relation with customers
- Handling Customer Complaint
- Providing Information & Assisting Customer
- Conducting The Activity Customer Relation Programs
Qualifications :
- Female/Male, Single, maximum age 23 years old
- Education SMA/SMK from any major
- 1 years of working experience in the related field (Shopping Center/Office Tower)
- Good communication skill and customer service oriented
3. DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Job Responsibilities :
- Store and manage company documents properly so that it’s easy to track every document needed in the future.
- Manage ISO (International Organization for Standardization) documents and ensure their implementation in all departments.
- Carry out administrative related filling quality management.
- Coordinate with each department related to the quality management system in order to achieve the expected standards.
- Submit periodic reports to the Department Head regarding the realization of activities achieved in a comprehensive and active manner.
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Industrial Engineering or Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling Document Control
- Good communication skill, disciplinary based, and good skill administration
- Hard worker, detail oriented, and good analytical thinking
4. GENERAL AFFAIR OFFICER
Job Responsibilities :
- Monitoring company inventory assets and administrative management
- Taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, business contacts, vendors and relations
- Fee reimbursement / Claim / Petty Cash management and control
- Help organize company events or any employee engagement activity
- Work with other team members and build successful relationships throughout the organization
Qualifications :
- Preferably Male Candidates
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree in any majors
- Candidate must have at least 2 year working experience in the same position
- Must be able to operate Microsoft Office
- Have high initiative, innovation and attention to details
- Good interpersonal skills to build relationships
5. HOUSEKEEPING OFFICER
Job Responsibilities :
- Supervising work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and conducive workplace
- Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service
Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma 3 in Hospitality/Hotel Management or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience, fresh graduated are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills and had a “Service-Excellent” attitude
- Willing to work on public holiday & under shift
6. QUANTITY SURVEYOR M/E
Job Responsibilities :
- Supporting tender and contract development, including bills of quantities with the relevant parties
- Undertaking quantities analysis for project, repair and maintenance work
- Identifying, analyzing, and developing responses to commercial risks, performing risk, and value management
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years working experience in the similar position or Estimator
- Would be place as Senior Officer
- Preferably Having Experience in Construction & Property Industry
- Good integrity, attention to detail and willing to learn
- Good communication skill, disciplinary based, and good skill administration
7. TECHNICIAN
Job Responsibilities :
- Implement preventive maintenance related to Operational engineering (ground tank clean water, heat exchanger, cooling tower, flushing, PDAM, lift)
- Create work reports.
Qualifications :
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Education SMK in Engineering (Electric)
- 1 years of working experience in the related field (Shopping Center/Office Tower)
- Willing to work under shift and public holiday.
8. TENANT REALTION OFFICER
Job Responsibilities :
- Maintain good relationship between Tenants and Building Management
- Receive and follow up complaints from the Tenants to be solved with good coordination with related department
- Keeping the facilities of the Tenants in order to remain properly
- Prepare and distribute of Tenants activity report to the management
Qualifications :
- Male, maximum age 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree from any major
- Have a minimum prior experience for 2 years in the related field is required for this position, preferably in Shopping Mall/Apartment/Office
- Excellent in communication skill, interpersonal skill with strong analytical ability, customer services oriented and pleasant personality
- Computer literate with excellent skills of Microsoft Office
9. UI/UX DESIGNER
Job Responsibilities :
- Create user interface for an App, Website and other media
- Stay updated with information on the latest UI trends and design skills
- Prepare prototypes of site/features, storyboards, wireframes, and user flow for internal review and brainstorming
- Illustrate the functions of the website and develop UI mockups and prototypes
- Drawing Program (Input database, Image positioning for EREP/NER Drawing)
- Shopping Marathon Program (Input database, create flow and operating)
- Work closely with Loyalty, Customer Service & Marketing Communication Team
Qualifications :
- Have a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related subject
- Have experience in designing for web and mobile applications
- Strong understanding of wireframe tools.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire framing tools
- Strong applied skills for design tools related to creating mobile and web application interfaces, e.g., Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
10. WAREHOUSE OFFICER
Job Responsibilities :
- Receiving & checking incoming goods
- Stocking opname in warehouse
- Storing items by category & checking goods expired date
- Having knowledge about asset and inventory management
- Administration Warehouse: report, make GRN (Good Receive Note) etc
Qualifications :
- Male, maximum age 30 years old
- Education minimum D3/S1 any major
- Have experience as Warehouse min. 1 year
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Honest, responsible & integrity
