Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP) – Commercial
About the Program:
- The Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP) – Commercial is designed to groom fresh graduates into future leaders in the commercial and business sectors of our industrial park. Participants will gain hands-on experience, professional training, and exposure to real-world challenges in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of commercial strategies to support operational objectives.
- Analyze market trends, supply chains, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage procurement, contracts, and negotiations.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial and business reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Learn and apply commercial best practices and procedures to drive business efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is a plus in the related discipline is a plus).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Functional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
