KPC telah beroperasi sejak tahun 1992, dan merupakan salah satu pertam bangan open pit terbesar di dunia. PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) mengoperasikan tambang batubara di Sangatta Kalimantan Timur dan merupakan salah satu tambang batubara ekspor terbesar di dunia. Specialist – Safety Training

Key elements of the position include:

1. Conduct HSE training management system to build and enhance HSE competencies of KPC employee & the contractors.
2. Develop & maintain safety training programme materials such as training alds, slides, hand-outs, etc. in order to optimise the effectiveness and consistency of the safety competency development programme.
3. Deliver the safety training for KPC and Contractors employees in order to raise skill and competency levels.
4. Demonstrate during all training activities, high standards of safe practices and housekeeping. Act as a role mode in implementation and conduct safety training in manner which will encourage and motivate trainees to want to learn.
5. Monitor trainse progress and assess In learning during training sessions and provide appropriate feedback to ensure training objectives ere being met.
6. Assess course participants to ensure that learning outcomes have been met. This Includes ensuring thet assessments are fully supervised, assessment test content and results remain confidential and ensuring that the Practical testing process is controijled by maintaining high testing standards.
7. Provide feedback on course content to the Superintendent to facilitate improvement to development programmes.
8. Assist in the-process of modifying training course materials (with the superintendent’s approval) in order to raise content and delivey standars

Qualification:

1. Graduate from S1 Occupational Health & Salety/ Public Health, Engineer with minimum 3 yeers experience in sefety practices.
2. Competent training skilla/Train the Trainer training end on the job coeching/experience.
3. Able to work with teem.
4. Good interpersonal and high initiative to learn independently to improve skills.
5. Understand in Health & Safety Managament in safety practices on coal mine industrywith work 3 yeers experience.
6. Understand in Prima Nirbhaya/ Health & Safety Menegement System.
7. Minimum level 4 english and higher for some areas according to the discipline.
8. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
9. Facilnation skills, presentation skill, and time management.
10. Competent training skills gained through formal Train the Trainer training end on the job coeching/experience
    Initiative and the ability to conduct a systematic assessment on the effectiveness of communication medium.

2. Technician – Land Database

Key elements of the position include:

1. Assist Land Database Management & GIS Supervisor in conducting data entry activitles as the result from Land Compensation, Monitoring and Dispute activities.
2. Assist Area 1, 2 and 3 conducting Land Compensation, Monitoring and Dispute compensation together with Land Officer.
3. Prepare data for field check to verify the land report coordination with National Land Office (BPN) & Dinas Pertanahan East Kutai Government Office.
4. Assist Land Monitoring & Land Dispute in preparing the land dates, map, land documents bring to the Police & Court as evidences.
5. Compile data from villages prior to land regulation extension pertaining targeted population, tribal structures, and other information required for the extension activities.
6. Maintain good communication with the communities, formal & informal leaders in order to get better understanding in land regulation, PKP28, land righ:, hak ulayat, etc.
7. Assist the Land Management Consultant & Legal Experts who conducting land regulation.
8. Produce report regularly to Supervisor.
9. Conduct administrative requirements for compensation.
10. Prapara the payment administration togethar with Land Compensation Supervisor.
11. Document and review the valid evidences that used for compensation process (photographs, review sigratures, 10 card, atc). These documentation process 5s very important to prevent double claim.
12. Maintain proper filing system of the land data.
13. Demanstrate and encaurage conformity to and impleamantation of HSE regulations, policies, rules and systems.
14. Implement and supervise implementation of Business & Performance Improvement within work unit.
15. Implemem.activities as instruction to achieve efficient and optimum manner.

Qualification:

1. Minimum Senior High School with minimum 10 years experience in land compensation area.
2. Proficient in land issues & having experience with land acquisition, monitoring and dispute with GIS.
3. Capable In maintaining good data base and filling systems.
4. Computer literate and has wide knowledge In GIS Area, Map info including spatial database and textual data.
5. Understanding about Visual Basic, Map Basic.
