1. Engineer – Civil (MDD-MP)

Grade: D
Division: MDD – MP

Key elements of the position include:

• Provide haul road designs road diversion underpass open channel underground tunnel and other civil works within mine areas as per area of responsibility of each engineer.
• Design and prepare infrastructure (road/highway, drainage, bridge, and sediment pond) scope of work. owner estimates from conceptual design to detailed design
• Provide long-term global water management in overall KPC mine site (catchments area water flowing pump directions and requirements sump etc) as per area of reg»onsibility of each engineer following official released LOM version.
• Identify and provide high level designs of sedtnent ponds requirements based on official released LOM
• Provide scheduling of long-term dredging allocations.
• Provide detail design of water management infrastructure project.
• Inspect and report existing sediment ponds regularty.
• Assess potential materials and costs.
• Provide advice and resolve creativety any emerging problems/deficiencies.
• Demonstrate and encourage conformity to and implementation of HSE regulations policies rules, and systems.
• Supervise and implement business and performance improvement within work unit
• Implement activities as instruction to achieve efficient and optimum manner.
• Contribute to implementation of knowledge management within work unit by, e.g. performing coaching and knowledge sharing to peers.

Qualifications:

• S1 in civil or hydrology engineering with a minimum of 3 years related experience.
• Sound knowledge and proven skills in mine civil and water management (hydrology, water engineering and pumping/drainage concept) or in associated high level civil planning roles.
• Excellent computer skills (AutoCAD is mandatory, MapInfo, HEC-RAS, and Excel are advantages).
• Strong analytical problem-solving, planning and organisation skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English to produce reports and to deal with a diverse range of personnel
• Strong commitment to KPC’s general standards, specifically to safety, health and environmental standards.
• Good negotiation and influencing skills.
• Good grasp of engineering and economic principles.
• Good financial skills to handle capital appropriation costing and budget responsibilities.
• Strong knovdedge and exposure to a range of planning techniques and the tools to translate those ideas into reality.

2. Specialist – Personal Computer

Grade: D
Division: IT

Key elements of the position include:

• Develop and execute a cloud strategy that encompasses everything from identity and access management to network design with an emphasis on AWS Azure, or GCP.
• Leverage containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes to facilitate scalable secure and efficient application deployment.
• Design and maintain automated processes for continuous integration and continuous deployment to streamline operations.
• Monitor Data Center, Storage, Virtualization, Containerized, Hybrid and MultiCloud Services stability and performance to ensure 24×7 operations and resolve service impacts as they occur.
• Provide full technical support in Windows and UNIX system management to gain maximum benefit from both servers.
• Design deploy, and manage cloudbased solutions across various platforms (AWS Azure, GCP).
• Maintain Microsoft 365 services including Enterprise and Mobility.
• Collaborate with development teams to create and maintain Ct/CD pipelines for automated application deployment.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect data and manage access controls in cloud and virtualized environments.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to advise on potential impacts and benefits to the organization.
• Administer the email messaging system to ensure the system is reliable for business communication and data transfer within internal and with external parties
• Design and implement a robust asset management system for tracking auditing and managing IT assets across the organization.
• Oversee the modernization of desktop environments through software upgrades system optimizations and hardware renewals.
• Develop and execute quality tests to ensure the proper functioning of video surveillance systems computers and IT Administer the accounts of all users to ensure that each of them has specific and appropriate access for their daily business activities and that data confidentiality is maintained.
• Maintain Data Center building facilities Computer Operations warehouse and workshop.
• Implement advanced monitoring solutions to proactively manage system performance, applying predictive analysis to preempt potential issues.
• Responsible for creating welldefined project plans that outline scope, timelines and deliverables especially related to IT initiatives, integration and asset management.
• Oversee the full spectrum of data center activities including hardware procurement, system redundancy strategies, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications:

• Educational background in information technology or other related disciplines with minimum 3 years’ experience in related fields for S1 or minimum 5 years for D3; preferably with exposure in the mining or oil and gas industry.
• Good knowledge of containerization and orchestration initiatives using Kubernetes Docker Swarm or similar technologies to ensure seamless environment consistency and deployment processes.
• Professionally certified in cloud computing and virtualization is preferred (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, VMware Certified Professional).
• Professionally certified in PMP, PRINCE2. or a similar certification is preferred.
• Good understanding of lac (Infrastructure as Code) using tools such as Terraform CloudFormation etc.
• Good knowledge of UNIX and Windows Server Operating Systems
• Good knowledge of Extended Detection and Response (XDR) and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR).
• Good knowledge of Enterprise Mobile Management (EMM).
• Proven track record of designing and maintaining enterprise level cloud and virtualization architectures.
• Willing to work various shifts on weekends and holidays.
• Familiar with Backup/Restore Handling.
• Excellent analytical strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks within set deadlines
• Having experience or understanding of budget planning and cost management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English, to deal with a diverse range of personnel/team members and stakeholders.
