1. Talent Management & OD Intern

What you will do :

• Support the creation of updated job description
• Support the execution of engagement activities
• Support talent assessment initiatives
• Other ad hoc activities in TMOD team

Who we are looking for :

• Min. 6th semesters from Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or any related field
• Experience of Intern in Talent Management or Organizational Development will be an advantage

2. Tech Analyst Intern

Job Descriptions :

• Assist in collecting and organizing data from different sources.
• Analyze data using statistical methods and tools to identify trends and patterns.
• Create visualizations, such as charts and graphs, to communicate findings effectively.
• Prepare reports and presentations based on data analysis for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and requirements.

Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or any related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, R, or SQL
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, statistical methods, also database management concepts and tools is a plus
• Previous coursework, projects, or internships involving data analysis
