1. Talent Management & OD Intern
What you will do :
- Support the creation of updated job description
- Support the execution of engagement activities
- Support talent assessment initiatives
- Other ad hoc activities in TMOD team
Who we are looking for :
- Min. 6th semesters from Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or any related field
- Experience of Intern in Talent Management or Organizational Development will be an advantage

2. Tech Analyst Intern
Job Descriptions :
- Assist in collecting and organizing data from different sources.
- Analyze data using statistical methods and tools to identify trends and patterns.
- Create visualizations, such as charts and graphs, to communicate findings effectively.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on data analysis for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and requirements.
Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or any related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, R, or SQL
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, statistical methods, also database management concepts and tools is a plus
- Previous coursework, projects, or internships involving data analysis
