WINGS Graduate Trainee Program & WINGS Fast-Track Program 2025

• The WINGS Graduate Trainee Program (WGTP) and WINGS Fast-Track Program (WFTP) are development programs designed for future leaders at WINGS. By joining WGTP & WFTP, you will be exposed to Sales, Distribution, and Finance & Accounting operations in FMCG industry. These programs concentrate on our operations in Jakarta, Banten, West Java, Sumatra, and West Kalimantan.
• Professional development programs to advance your career to be strategic leader and supervisor role.

2. Distribution
3. Finance and Accounting

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree from any major with minimum GPA of 3.00 from reputable university.
• Fresh graduates (graduating by May 2025) or maximum 2 years of work experience.
• Active involvement in organizations or extracurricular activities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills.
• Willing for assignments in Sumatra, Java, and West Kalimantan.
